The problem in the field of culture is related to the spending of funds, not their quantity.
This was stated in Investbook with Dimitar Vuchev by the editor-in-chief of Kapana.bg, Teodor Karakolev.
According to the interlocutor on the show, the top priority should be resolving the problem related to what exactly cultural funds are spent on.
"Only after that should one think about whether there is any point in increasing the money in the sector," said Karakolev.
"It is not necessary to give more state money to have a result. All of this can be decentralized, leaving the money to the municipalities, which can decide for themselves how to spend these funds."
What should be the other methods for promoting the cultural sector in Bulgaria?
