At the end of 2015, days after the end of the climate talks in Paris, we published Boyan Rashev's forecast about where the blow from the new "green" policies would be taken. Today, the official preliminary data for 2015 became clear, which unequivocally confirmed Boyan's thesis - the victim will be Europe. Here is his comment:
- China (30% of global emissions) is committed to peaking its emissions by 2030 - in 2015 there was already a 3% decrease compared to 2014 => They have no problem!
- The USA (15%) is committed to reducing its emissions by 26% (from 2005 to 2025) - in 2015 there was a 2.5% drop compared to 2014 and they have already made an 18% total reduction (gas instead of coal!) and only 8% remain => They have no problem (if they even ratify it)!
- Europe (10%) is committed to reducing its emissions by 43% (from 2005 to 2030) - in 2015 there was a growth of 0.7% compared to 2014, and even Germany cannot reduce them at all with all the investments and subsidies it pours into this. Bulgaria is at +4.6% on an annual basis => There is a huge problem, because the EU is the only political entity that takes its insane commitment seriously!
The logical conclusion remains: The Paris Agreement is a unilateral act of economic suicide by the EU. The giant emitters are simply watching from the sidelines. And no, this is not funny!

A ban on offshore companies, a ''Tobin tax'' and a luxury tax, and a temporary ceiling on profits and incomes with the goal of 6% budget surpluses that are invested in precisely defined things in order to avoid the 3 planetary catastrophes (the systemic crisis, the oil catastrophe, and global warming), that is, things are very interconnected, and if the transformation of energy, transport, and agriculture does not begin within 1-2 years, after 10-15 years the processes will be irreversible, there will be chaos and wars.

In the book "World Economic Crisis and Bulgaria" Prof. Ivan Angelov has explained almost everything well, and the "business crises" of capitalism are a special topic because state intervention without awareness of the systemic crisis will postpone the problem and even deepen it, and that is why I think that these "crises" will disappear altogether with a new "system".
