With all these definitions, we can’t help but come to the conclusion that anarchy does exist in one area of our affairs – international relations. Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin live in a state of anarchy with each other because they pay no taxes to anyone from the property and assets they manage, namely – American and Russian taxpayers. They bear the full consequences of their actions and have unlimited choice of action. But Mark Zuckerberg lives in a country because he pays taxes to Donald Trump. And he has to take into account the wishes of another 320 million people about where his country is going.
A Liechtensteiner also lives in a state because he pays taxes to Prince Hans - Adam II. But a Liechtensteiner has to comply with the wishes of only 32,000 other people. He lives in a state of anarchy 10,000 times greater than Mark Zuckerberg. Therefore, the state-anarchy opposition is not a dichotomy, but a spectrum. On one side is Thomas Hobbes' wet dream - the world state. On the other is a world in which there are exactly as many states as there are people and international relations (politics) take on the role of law entirely. The market solution in this case would be a complex system of international treaties and defense agreements in the style of NATO's Article 5.
This means that anarcho-capitalists should talk incessantly about the benefits of smaller political entities, not private courts, as if tomorrow they would simply become companies. This in turn means that they should retrain themselves as technical and managerial theorists, not political ones.
How is anarchism sold?
The mistake that the ankapas make in their reasoning about the state is to view it as a system imposed from above, as if it were a hamster cage, without realizing that every state entity is supported by a critical majority of people with common beliefs. There is no Constitution - there are people who enforce the laws. For this reason, if the beliefs of enough IMPORTANT PEOPLE change, the state can go in the opposite direction or new entities can secede from it. Brexit and Catalonia are recent examples of this.
It's a complete PR own goal to talk about private courts and police. No one will stand weak or unarmed while their security company is armed to the teeth. There are some things that cannot be delegated to external companies. It's like giving a company the keys to your vault because you don't want to run to the store to get a key fob.
Rather, you can point to cross-border trade agreements as a good example of cooperation between states as an expression of the fact that people voluntarily find a solution to such cases. And to the reproach that a private court would not be fair, you can give an example of how Russia refuses to comply with the decision of the Arbitration Court in The Hague to return the oil giant Yukos to its former owner Mikhail Khodorkovsky or pay him $50 billion in damages. Russia is a nuclear power. What can you tell it? Justice has always been determined by the stronger in practice, which is not a reason to whine, but an incentive for us to become stronger ourselves in order to impose our version of justice, once we are sure what it is. The opposite is progressivism.
Also, ankapi, put skin in the game and become the best and most capable version of yourself. Anarcho-capitalism means becoming kings of your own life. In the past, only the highest and most capable members of their societies managed to become kings and create a dynasty. Get rich, gain muscle mass, learn martial arts, weapon handling and improve your public speaking skills to inspire followers around you. Only in this way will you not end up as followers yourself. Adopt the cultural habits of not depending on other people, because leftist decentralizers will not work.
Conclusion
These are the practical, real ways that anarcho-capitalism can come. To expect that the majority of people on the planet will become so politically and civilizationally mature that they respect the choices, property, and lives of their fellow citizens to the point of allowing them to be the full masters of their own lives is naive. They will have to be forced to accept it by the technology of people like crypto-anarchist and 3D-printed gun creator Cody Wilson and Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto.
