Budget 2018 is extremely left-wing. This is important to say. When you increase taxes, when you increase public spending, this is left-wing politics. This was said by EKIP economist Nikola Filipov on the Investbook show on Bloomberg TV Bulgaria with host Dimitar Vuchev.

Regarding the choice of Kiril Ananiev as Minister of Health, the guest said that this is certainly an excellent choice, but the key will be the extent to which he will have the freedom to implement the changes he would like to introduce.
